The health department consistently supports efforts to promote healthy eating, and we appreciate the intent of this bill.

As this bill is current currently written, restaurants would not be able to comply with the terms of the legislation and the health department will be unable to enforce it, but we look forward to continuing the conversation in the with counsel on this legislation.
