Council Member Schulman raises concerns about the timing of audits, particularly when they coincide with religious holidays. She suggests considering these factors when scheduling audits.

  • Schulman mentions challenges with audits occurring during Jewish holidays
  • She highlights the difficulty in accessing people during these times
  • Schulman asks if CFB has considered focusing complete audits on campaigns with issues, rather than auditing every campaign extensively

appreciate it.

And, you know, just going back to the audits, and I appreciate the new rule that you have, but also understand that sometimes when the audits are done like, for example, I have a big donor base that's orthodox Jewish.

And so, sometimes, we've gotten audits when it's in the middle of a Jewish holiday.
1:23:31
So we can't access people or there are other things too.
1:23:35
So just keep that in mind as well, and, you know, we, I'm very compliant, with stuff.

And one of the questions I wanted to ask you, instead of in terms of of, you know, making the audits less more timely, is have you thought about maybe just doing complete audits of campaigns where there have been issues, as opposed to campaigns that don't that usually compliant and then just doing a quick overview or whatever, as opposed to doing a complete audit of every single campaign?
