It is definitely not perfect today, but the modifications put forth by the efforts of this council and members of this city who sat in these chambers for almost 15 hours under the leadership of chair Kevin Riley to give their thoughts, their opinions, their tears, their blood, their sweat, their thoughts, and their opinions to this body to compile the modifications and help us to deliver the product that we are delivering today.
