3:18:37

3:18:38
So I'm opposed to inch I'm I'm I'm supporting intro 606.
3:18:42
I'm supporting intro 606 and I'll make this clear to TransAl and open plans that I'm black.
3:18:46
Black men here, this bill is not racist at all.
3:18:49
This bill will not bring back stop and frisk.
3:18:51
To keep it real, we need bring back stop and frisk because there's high crime in the city.
3:18:54
That's to keep it real.
3:18:56
This bill being opposed by these non profits like Brook and Georgia's Project, TransOpen Plans, this is not but fearmongering and what they do is they they weaponize they're using old, like, situations like stop and frisk to to scare elected officials to not support in this bill.
3:19:12
Now, TransAl has been handing out this crap here to the people that support this bill and I wanna make this clear today, we say no to TransAl, we say no to open plans.
3:19:22
I wanna rip this up right here.
3:19:24
This is a BS initiative.
3:19:27
They're trying to say that e bikes are needed.

The truth is that e bike regulation is needed.
3:19:33
That's the truth.
3:19:34
This is this is crap here.
3:19:35
This is really crap.
3:19:37

3:19:46
They keep hosting this, putting this bill up, brother.
3:19:49
And I appreciate the last council member that was here for the 13th district, Marjorie Velasquez, for being part of that bill when it first introduced to city council.
3:19:57
So I hope that people, Marjorie Velasquez gets this when this goes through that Marjorie Velasquez, gets thanked for it too.
3:20:07
Like I said, this bill is far from racist.
3:20:09
The real racist here are the people that run Transalt and Open Plans and Work Judge's Project that really discriminates against black people, and I've seen this first beforehand that discriminates against the black people, especially the Worker Justice Project that discriminates against Africans.
3:20:22
So what are they talking about how this bill is racist?
