Never before have I had to have this degree of hyper vigilance due to the fear that an e vehicle will come speeding down the street from my left, from my right, or behind me.

Just as cars need to adhere to the rules of the road to maintain safety for all pedestrians and drivers, so too do e vehicles need to adhere to the same rules of the road.
