Hi.
6:32:27
As miss miss Zimmerman, I've ridden my bicycle in European countries, and it is true, in a city like Amsterdam, you have half of the big like, the equivalent of Third Avenue.
6:32:42
Half of it is cyclist.
6:32:44
And if you even go out past the line, someone will come over and there's tickets given.
6:32:52
There's tickets given if someone doesn't have a bell and there's an onus on the society that they agree to abide by the law because, a, that's just what they're used to and they wouldn't think otherwise.
6:33:09
That and I have been a proponent of human powered transportation.
6:33:15
I've been a city cyclist, a city rollerblader, an urban kayaker.
6:33:22
I've been on a lot of boards, you know, about human powered transportation.
6:33:28
Fast forward to 2 years ago, I was hit by an e bike going the wrong direction while he was reading his phone.
6:33:40
It was a delivery driver.
6:33:43
I was thrown about 6 feet and thankfully I I landed like a table, so it didn't hurt my head like some of the other people.
6:33:54
But I I was unable to walk, you know, to stand up.
6:33:58
I needed to be supported.
6:34:02
I broke my ankle, and I had to be taken by FDNY ambulance to, Northwell.
6:34:10
I was in the hospital for 3 days getting surgery you know, one surgery, and then I actually had to have a second surgery to take out the hardware.
6:34:21
Yeah.
6:34:21
I probably had 6 months of PT, and I'm very, very lucky as compared to somebody like Lucille Loecker.
6:34:30
Thank you.
