Yes.
2:07:56
I I just wanted to mention that, this morning, I was almost hit by e scooter.
2:08:03
He was speeding, and he I didn't hear any I didn't hear any, ringer.
2:08:12
Also, let's see.
2:08:15
Right here.
2:08:17
I find it I find it frustrating that many put their e scooter in front, in front of me after using these e scooters.
2:08:26
So the, parking practices, leave a lot to be desired.
2:08:33
As a wheelchair user, I have a hard enough time getting around without dealing with these scooters left blocking me.
2:08:41
I remember, going to, an inaccessible cemetery, Saint Saint Raymond's, in the Bronx and getting, getting around these these, the these scooters that that are parked right in right in front of me.
2:09:00
Also, I'm shocked that, that many e scooters do not, have a ringer or some kind of a sound of, to alert some of the pedestrians who are visually impaired.
2:09:19
I I don't don't remember hearing too much about the visually impaired.
2:09:27
And, yeah.
2:09:28
They could it's very unsafe.
2:09:32
And lastly, I agree that e scooters need to be, licensed.
2:09:39
And I'm I'm I'm shocked that they're still not licensed.
2:09:43
They should be.
2:09:45
Thanks a lot.
2:09:46
Thanks.
