I just had another question from your testimony.
0:27:43
Oh, and you said that the referral services, that you were getting before and that you believed that the hotline because it was at 93% referrals for preventative services were coming from ACS, and now more referrals are coming from the community.
0:27:55
What's the percentage now from the community, and how what's the number of disparities between those two?
Jess Dannhauser
0:28:00
It's 25% now.
Althea V. Stevens
0:28:01
It's 25% from ACS?
0:28:03
Unit.
Jess Dannhauser
0:28:03
Yeah.
0:28:03
75% from ACS, 25% from the community.
Althea V. Stevens
0:28:06
Oh, so it's 75%.
0:28:07
Yeah.
0:28:08
We So there
Jess Dannhauser
0:28:08
was I'm sorry.
Althea V. Stevens
0:28:09
No.
0:28:09
I was just I was trying
Jess Dannhauser
0:28:10
to Yeah.
0:28:10
So it's 75% from ACS.
Althea V. Stevens
0:28:12
Put this back on track.
Jess Dannhauser
0:28:13
25% from the community.
0:28:14
We think we're we're gonna see a very significant jump in the community referrals, not only from the work that we were talking about and some of what we'll do following this conversation, but we're also seeing, we're launching the school based early support programs, which are primarily for families who have not had ACS contact or have not had that sort of recently.
0:28:35
And so they're, they're, again, connected in ways that, we have seen families that are allowed to not open a case.
0:28:44
So where there's a portion of the school based early support that is just dedicated to getting concrete help to families meeting their specific need.
0:28:54
And so we're trying to make it more and more attractive to families to engage with those services.
0:28:59
That was launched July 1st.
0:29:01
There's 1280 slots there.
0:29:03
We're already seeing hundreds of families engage, and we're talking to all of the providers.
0:29:08
I know you've you might have seen the scan program, and so they are all engaging right now.
0:29:12
So I think we're gonna be at a third and more, in the near future.
