Linda Lee
1:34:45
Okay.
1:34:47
And then also, 2 part question, which is, I know, you know, you work with a bunch of different other city agencies.
1:34:56
And so what system, database do you use?
1:35:00
How are you tracking the communications between different agencies about specific families?
1:35:06
Is there a centralized database?
1:35:08
And the reason why I'm asking this question yeah.
1:35:10
I know.
1:35:10
I I the reason why I'm asking this question is because I always, when I think of you know, because my portfolio is more on the mental health disabilities addiction side.
1:35:17
And so when I think of all the programs that DOHMH has and the different agencies they work with, including off the whole spectrum of mental health issues, it it boggles my mind because I'm like, I don't think we have a great way of tracking who's receiving what services, benefits, what other agencies they've gone to, what other services they've already used, and what other and so I'm just curious to know for you all in your programming that you're doing here, how you keep track of that.
Jess Dannhauser
1:35:44
Yeah.
1:35:44
A variety of ways.
1:35:45
And and there are some limitations.
1:35:47
Right?
1:35:47
Because the family's information to the to the earlier point is is often protected, and so we have to be careful.
1:35:55
You know, I I think a family encountering ACS for the first time might not want us to
UNKNOWN
1:36:00
Mhmm.
Jess Dannhauser
1:36:00
Know right away about their mental health.
1:36:03
So I think, what's really key there is some work we do with, public schools.
1:36:09
We get data matches constantly to look around attendance and making sure that that we can support, young people who are in foster care.
1:36:16
We do a lot of work with DYCD, had over a 1000 young people in SYEP, and a lot of long young people across their their programming.
1:36:27
We also make sure that we're in communication in each individual instance.
1:36:32
So we'll work with the school, with the family.
1:36:35
We'll work with the mental health provider.
1:36:38
So we have ways of gathering that information while making sure we're protecting information that should be protected.
