I am council member Kevin Riley, chair of the subcommittee, and I'm joined today by council member Abreu, Hanks, Schulman, Carr, Sanchez, and remotely by council member Moyer.

Today, we are scheduled to hold one public hearing regarding the Kingsbridge armory ESDC grant application by the New York City Economic Develop Corporation, followed by a vote on this application.

Members of the public who wish to testify may testify in person or through Zoom.

Members of the public wishing to testify remotely may register by visiting the New York City Council's website at www.council.nyc.gov/landuse.

When you are called to testify before the subcommittee, if you are joining us remotely, you will remain muted until recognized by myself to speak.
