Okay.

I mean, I I think my questions, or at least my secondary thought, goes directly to my bill and the law that we created, right?
0:20:46
I think, more times than not, it's a lot of our approaches are siloed, and we're not evaluating them overall.
0:20:52
And I guess I hope, over time, we get to see the goal of the Industrial Development Strategic Plan to showcase some of whether, like, the challenges or the successes of, you know, businesses in the city or retention factors and things like that.

Thank you.

And, Jeff Arias, as you as you're aware, the survey is is being conducted now.
0:21:15
It it's gonna be open till the spring.
0:21:17
We take we're gonna take the feedback very seriously.
0:21:20
We're looking at at everything, business size, the even the size of the of the space, the number of employees, what are the challenges they have?
0:21:29
This is this survey, we're really looking forward to getting the feedback and actually helping to inform possible changes in our programming as well.
0:21:37
So, yes.
0:21:38
Thank you.
Amanda Farías
0:21:39
Yeah.
0:21:39
Absolutely.
0:21:39
I mean, even just beyond the the survey, I think, you know, we're we're coming upon another budget cycle.
0:21:47
And so even being able to say, like, while you know your incentives or initiatives might be more impactful, you do have a small subset.
0:21:56
And I think by being able to evaluate in a larger framework and say, maybe we need to not invest in this area but invest more deeply in one of your initiatives, that could help with better outcomes.
0:22:08
But we are talking in circles.
0:22:10
Yes.
0:22:10
We both agree.
Kitty Chan
0:22:12
Thank you.
0:22:12
And I look forward to the opportunity talking to you
Amanda Farías
