- IBSPs and Business Solution Centers conduct comprehensive assessments of small businesses
- Assessments aim to understand businesses' needs and current situations
- SBS provides various services including financing, business education, incentives, and other agency-specific offerings
- The goal is to help businesses start, operate, or continue growing within the city

Similar to to what I was mentioning earlier about our our comprehensive assessment, of each business that that will, meet with an industrial business service provider or business solution centers, we've empowered these teams to to assess, their small business clients, where they are, what their needs are, and understand what services that the city provides would be helpful for them to help them either start, operate, or continue to grow within the city.

So, whether that's our financing services, our access to business education, some of the incentives we've discussed, or other services offered by SBS or other agencies.
