- SBS is waiting for survey results to potentially change the scope of the RFP
- New leadership (commissioner) has requested a review of recent changes in work processes
- During the pandemic, no RFPs were issued, but funding levels were maintained
- Since 2021-2022, there has been a continuation of the same funding without new RFPs

The last 3 year RFP was issued in 2016, and IBSPs have only been given 1 year extension since that expiration.

At this point, what would you like to do is actually wait to see the survey results and see if that changes possibly change the scope of what we would be asking for in the RFP.

We also have, new leadership in terms of a new commissioner.

And one of the things that she's asked us to do is make sure that we're actually looking at all of the, great, changes that we've made in the way we work, and see how it actually can impact the RFP.
