a ticket number put in there?
Tonya Timmons
0:07:25
Well, they've been this has been going this has been a ongoing thing.
0:07:29
So I don't even know if it's still a ticket number there because, like I said, this has been happening since November when they went in because my neighbor, like I said, her apartment kept getting flooded with all the water coming down from the leaks.
Chris Banks
0:07:41
Okay.
Tonya Timmons
0:07:41
You know?
0:07:41
So they know that this is still open because I've been dealing with one of the workers there where she, been dealing with me far as she said, listen, I don't wanna come in during the holidays.
0:07:52
So that's why they came the day after Thanksgiving and did this work again.
0:07:56
Had to come back.
0:07:57
They had to come back and put in change another pipe.
0:08:00
So when that, plumber came, he said all the pipes in the whole line gotta be changed.
0:08:04
They should have changed them when they did their innovations, which they didn't.
Chris Banks
0:08:08
Okay.
0:08:09
Well well, I think the NYCHA reps are here.
0:08:12
Hopefully, we can get some clarification as to why she's been having a hole in her wall for the last 2 weeks.
0:08:19
And, and and and I guess this is under Radpac development, and they've been doing nothing.
0:08:24
So hopefully, we can get some, we can make this tenant happy and address this concern.
