So building management systems exist in order to fine tune the amount of steam being provided to apartments.

They operate using indoor apartment sensors that are, our operations department is able to actually see remotely the temperatures in particular lines of apartments, and then the building management system adjusts the amount of steam being provided based on the the feedback of the apartments.
