Thank you for the question.
1:10:58
And definitely agree with you that climate change makes the need to upgrade our systems much more pressing.
1:11:04
So we do have a number of programs that are active that are working to fortify our developments.
1:11:09
The biggest, of course, is our Sandy Recovery and Resilience Program that has made over $3,000,000,000 of investments in those developments impacted by Sandy.
1:11:19
But as you referenced, we've also been experiencing impacts of extreme rain, particularly as a result of tropical storm Ida and then the extreme rains after Ophelia that came, over a year ago.
1:11:34
So our program to manage the impacts of tropical storm Ida is a disaster recovery program that we are still in active negotiation with FEMA to finalize the awards to do that repair and mitigation.
1:11:49
We're hopeful that those awards will be finalized in the first half of twenty twenty five for the 13 developments that had significant damage due to Ida.
1:12:00
In addition to FEMA funding that we are actively applying for, the City's Office of Management and Budget, is managing HUD's CDBG Doctor funding related to Ida.
1:12:13
And, a number of, a number of programs have been funded through that allocation as well.
1:12:21
So among those include a local match that's required for FEMA funds.
1:12:26
Mhmm.
1:12:27
Some additional, dollars to deal with unmet mitigation needs as part of the the heavily affected developments.
1:12:35
And then we also secured $51,000,000 to manage extreme rain at Hope and Bushwick Gardens, which were 2 developments that were already in the PACT program that began experiencing extreme rain.
1:12:47
And so there's active construction at Hope and Bushwick Gardens to elevate boilers and protect them from extreme rain.
