On the preparedness side, what oversight is being provided by NYCHA when it comes to preparedness, and testing needs?
1:27:42

1:27:51
Obviously, long overdue and needed.
1:27:54
But on the preparedness side, what is NYCHA doing to, make sure that, you know, that that they're they're on the ground with some of these, these new, Rad Pack developments, these conversions?

1:28:07
So similar to some of the seasonal preparedness that was being described by my colleagues, the pack partners also prepare for the heating season by, opening up the boilers.
1:28:17
They do cleaning.
1:28:18
They inspect them, make sure that all of the parts are, in the the status that they need to be, make repairs as needed.
