Thank you so much, chair Brewer and chair Ayala and chair Brannan and chair Wan and everyone for your leadership on this very important topic.
2:10:49
And thank you, commissioner Park and team, for being with us today.
2:10:52
I just had a few questions.
2:10:55
Yeah, I appreciate that this DOI report had been many years in the making.
2:10:59
And so when it takes a few years to put a report together, some of the findings are outdated by the time they come out, which I think you have underscored many times today.
2:11:07
You noted in your testimony that, you know, previous administration, I think, shuttered, a relation shuttered contracts with CORE, with CCS, Bronx Parent.
2:11:18
I don't think you mentioned it, but another shady operator that we've gotten rid of in our system, as far as I know, you can confirm.
2:11:25
The ending of cluster operations, I think, also got rid of some of the more problematic operators in the system as well.
2:11:31
Could you share with us you know the the DOI report highlights that a relatively small number of providers have, a large role in the system as a whole.
2:11:43
And many of those providers do a great job and are excellent, and I should have started by saying I empathize with how hard it is to open shelters and to and meet your legally mandated needs to to to serve people in our you know, people who are homeless.
2:11:59
So I I know how hard this is.
2:12:01
That being said, I just wanted to focus on some of the providers that are in the system that we're not as confident in.
2:12:08
Which providers are currently under corrective action plan or other form of more serious DHS oversight, at this time?
