Sure.
0:38:44
So, there are a number of disclosures that are required whether when I enter renewing a contract, entering into a contract.
0:38:53
These are policies, some of which are in place already, some of which are, things that we are building out.
0:38:59
I will will I'll let my colleagues chime in as well.
0:39:03
But, let me pause for a minute on the nepotism one, which I think is particularly challenging.
0:39:10
You know, nepotism is obviously a word that has very negative connotations.
0:39:16
In practice, what we found is it can mean a variety of different things.
0:39:19
Right?
0:39:21
So we have instances and have seen instances where 2 siblings are motivated by the desire to serve their communities, found an organization together.
0:39:30
That is not inherently a bad thing.
0:39:32
Right?
0:39:33
We've also seen instances where, you know, a parent gives their child a no show job, and that is clearly a huge problem.
0:39:41
So we wanna be make sure that we are doing an adequate review of of individual circumstances.
0:39:48
DHS created a nepotism policy, that that dictates how we do those individual reviews and sets out clear guidance for the provider community.
0:39:58
That DSS policy ultimately became the basis for the citywide nepotism policy.
0:40:03
So now, if somebody if there are related parties in the leadership of an organization, they need to submit a waiver request to Mox.
0:40:11
Mox reviews it, the agency reviews it, and we determine whether or not to grant it.
0:40:15
But, I'll let Mox chime in on some more of that.
