I just want to say, my district is the sec has the 2nd highest number of fires in the city of New York.

I have a firehouse that is directly in front of a bike lane that trucks are having trouble coming out of the firehouse because the bike lane, sometimes and often, is, blocked.

And so the DOT has been an agency that has proven time and time again through their actions that they need more oversight, not less.
