The 2185 Coyle Street project includes a significant affordable housing component, with a focus on providing units for very low-income households. The distribution of affordable units exceeds typical requirements for income bands.
- Total of 108-109 permanently affordable MIH Option 1 units
- 60% of the affordable units (approximately 65 units) targeted at 40% AMI
- Remaining 40% of affordable units (approximately 43-44 units) targeted at 90% AMI
- Two-band approach (40% and 90% AMI) instead of the typical three-band distribution
- Deeper affordability than normally required, with majority of affordable units at very low income levels

This shows the proposed unit distribution.
1:50:35
Because we're at, option 1, we decided to, try to produce more very low, AMI units.
1:50:44
So as you can see in the lower right hand, of this page, we're looking at 60% of the 40, of the affordable units at 40% AMI.
1:50:54
This is normally deeper than normally having 3 bands.
1:50:58
So we're doing 2 bands, 1 at 40 and 1 at 90.
1:51:02
But the majority of the units, the affordable units, will be at the 40% AMI.

Now if I could, whoever is running the slide projector, can we go back to the 6th page?
1:51:15
It's the proposed zoning.

Keep going.

Keep going.

That one.
