The 438 Concord Avenue project incorporates a diverse mix of uses, designed to serve various community needs and create a vibrant, multifaceted development.

  • 7,610 square feet of light manufacturing space for makers, artists, and 3D printing
  • 33,300 square feet of commercial retail space, potentially including a supermarket and bank branch
  • 25,000 square feet of commercial office space, including MyHub Studios for local artists and professionals
  • 6,610 square feet of community facility healthcare space
  • 95,000 square feet dedicated to residential use
