Today, we are scheduled to hold 6 hearings.

These include the proposed mapping of a commercial overlay related to property in Whitestone, Queens, a rezoning to develop a mixed use building in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, a rezoning to develop a mixed use building in Mount Haven section of the Bronx, a rezoning of formerly commercial site in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn, a redevelopment plan by the New York City Economic Development Corporation to the redevelop several city owned parcels into a new life science campus in Kipps Bay, Manhattan and a resonance to facilitate a new commercial life science building also in Kipps Bay and across the street from the proposed EDC campus.
