Our proposed development is for a 458,000 square foot development, a 4.77 FAR.
1:48:06
It's a mix between the 3 different zoning districts.
1:48:09
We're proposing 263 parking spaces, which is greater than the minimum requirement as a response to the community board seeking more parking.
1:48:19
We're going to have, close to 415,000 square feet of residential floor area.
1:48:25
This would be 430 dwelling units, including a 108 or a 109 permanently affordable MIH option 1 units.
1:48:34
There would the minimum requirement is an a 193 parking spaces.
1:48:39
We're also looking at, reintroducing a supermarket and other local retail.
1:48:45
This would be on on Coyle and Avenue V.
1:48:48
The community and the council member have urged us, as the borough president, to reintroduce a supermarket to serve the the host community.
1:48:57
This would have 47 required parking.
1:49:00
As you can see, we've provided more parking Even though the, the borough president and the planning commission objected, we're, you know, keeping our promise to the community board.
