And I'm very pleased to be presenting the Science PARC and Research Campus, also known as PARC Keeps Bay project today as part of our ULIP application.

SPARC Keeps Bay is a generational project.

It is a first of its kind education, workforce, and industry hub made possible through an unprecedented partnership between New York State and New York City.

The project was announced in the fall of 2022 with the city and the state putting together $1,600,000,000 of funding into SPARC, which will leverage more than $2,000,000,000 of private investment on the campus.
