The presentation provides an overview of the Arrow Linen redevelopment project and its location in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. The site is described as a U-shaped mid-block property with two frontages on Prospect Avenue.

  • The site is currently occupied by Arrow Linen, a family-owned commercial laundry business
  • The property is located in a residential neighborhood south of Prospect Park and near F and G train stations
  • The current use covers the entire site with buildings and parking, including areas adjacent to historic residential contexts
