As the committee can see, there is, on the zoning map, in the shaded areas, in the circled area, existing c 22, zoning districts, in and around the site.

So both on the same block as the site to the east along Clintonville for a 100 feet, as well as diagonally across the site, and across 11th Avenue.

So, this is an area where c 22 is commonly known, and the the, existing funeral home is an existing nonconforming use, which was subsequently enlarged pursuant to BSA approvals.
