5:20:32
I was in another, meeting.
5:20:37
Hi, everyone.
5:20:38
Good afternoon.
5:20:39
Thank you, chair Riley and council member Hanif.
5:20:42
My name is Kathy Park Price.
5:20:44
I'm a resident of Park Slope where I've lived for 14 years.
5:20:49
My 2 kids go to school in Windsor Terrace at MS 442, which is 3 blocks away from the Arrow Linen site.
5:20:58
So I'm very familiar with and invested in the area as a neighbor and a parent.
5:21:05
I'm here to testify in support of the 244 new homes that will would be built at 441 and 467 Prospect Avenue as part of the Arrowlinen proposal.
5:21:18
We have an incredible need for housing, and there has been very little new housing development in Windsor Terrace in recent years.
5:21:25
This location has excellent public transit, access, and enrollment has been down at nearby schools.
5:21:33
So there's capacity for more students and the density that the proposal supports.
5:21:42
Every neighborhood must do its part to address the housing crisis, and I urge you all to approve this project.
5:21:49
Thank you.
