Okay.
2:33:51
Fair enough.
2:33:52
You?
Adedayo Adedeji
2:33:55
I think it's exactly what doctor Cui said.
2:33:57
It's basically about recruiting new doctors or new providers.
2:34:02
And it just seems that H and H will respond only when there's a crisis.
2:34:06
We recently had a bump in the primary doctors pay scale, and that was because we basically weren't recruiting anybody.
2:34:13
And basically, what H and H needs to go back to do is go back to the mayor or city council or whoever it is that's funding them and shake them for more money.
2:34:20
Because without more money, you're never able to recruit people and this is just going to be one crisis to the other.
2:34:26
We also need to be able to retain other doctors we have.
2:34:29
There is no significant longevity, reimbursements for doctors that have been there for 20, 30, 40 years, and these doctors are not going anywhere.

2:34:40
Okay.
Adedayo Adedeji
2:34:40
And the hospital system knows it, which is why they're playing this game with them.
2:34:44
It's like, where are you going to go?
2:34:45
Even you have 40 years, you're not going anywhere.
Mercedes Narcisse
2:34:47
So your 3 top priority is the same.
2:34:49
Recruit routine
Adedayo Adedeji
2:34:50
40 to 20 minutes and sit down with the providers and actually speak to them and treat them with respect.
