We do work hard, to try to find other ways of compensating people, and one of the things that I'm proudest of is that through, generous private, donations, we've been able to put together a loan repayment plan for behavioral health, which is one of the hardest areas for us to recruit.

I love, loan repayment because it enables us to recruit effectively from the communities that our patients serve, the people who typically have the largest loans, so people who grew up in lower income settings, and so being able to provide them, that additional loan repayment.
