Hi.
3:35:23

3:35:37
I'm here to support, my physician colleagues.
3:35:40
There's no, there's no better, humans that I have had the pleasure to work with than than my fellow nurses and my fellow, attending physicians in this department.
3:35:53
They would not be here, if this fight were about, if this fight were just about money.
3:36:02
They would be they wouldn't be they wouldn't be a Jacoby, for all the time that they've been, and most of my attendees have been there for, 5 10, 15, 20, 25 years.
3:36:17
And, things are on the brink of disaster, both in the inpatient and the outpatient setting.
3:36:24
I I really, all due respect to doctor Katz, and there's quite a bit of respect that I have for doctor Katz for a whole host of reasons.
3:36:31
But he's painting far too rosy of a picture in terms of, what the actual issues are, what the nature of this crisis is.
3:36:40
And, really, it comes down to, he pointed out some of the obvious things about how there is a profound crunch about the patients that we need to take care of, and there is a a funding issue.
3:36:53
But the reason why, this struggle, their fight, and and if it comes to a strike, the reason why that strike is necessary, is because somebody needs to draw a line.
3:37:05
The the question of, the previous testimony mentioned the medical apartheid.
3:37:12
This, how this plays out in terms of the examples the, the the sister used, for the deaths of Woodhall, the other issues we have,
