Everybody know that Julie Yuan was the one that got sent by Transal to introduce the bill.

The only reason they made you the prime sponsor is because a lot of people were scared of you and they don't wanna cross you, so they made you prime sponsor bill like they do with Farrah Lewis and, council member, Williams to introduce bills to make sure people don't really oppose them because of retaliation.

About intro 1105 is that, this is none but a a a shamble just about data instead about real action.

The reason Eric Adams does not wanna really implement the street master's plan is because of his donors that don't really want these bike lanes and bus lanes, especially on Flatbush Avenue, and they don't want the the Liberty Star they don't want the Liberty Star Hubs right outside city hall, and especially on Upper West Side where, the the powerful Upper West Side constituents went against the Liberty Star Hub.
