So every year, we do, in service training.

We begin in September, and we do it all all of our entire workforce is trained on, like you said, doing dry runs.

We have them drive the routes.

We have navigation devices in all of the trucks, and we get them familiar and reacclimated with that because it's sometimes it's not straightforward.

And if we get new employees, we want them to be familiar with that as well, and they drive the routes with plows on.
