One of the things that we have really focused on here is outreach to make sure that property owners understand that it's their responsibility.
0:37:47
A lot of commercial tenants don't realize that their landlord that they're renting from is supposed to be clearing that sidewalk, And we've tried to empower them as much as possible to go to the landlord and say, you know, I'm paying you commercial rent every month.
0:37:59
You're supposed to be clearing the sidewalk.
0:38:03
As far as, you know, the the the resources to do it, it is on the property owner.
0:38:07
It's one of their responsibilities.
0:38:08
And we also always remind them that this is not, something that's intended to be onerous on businesses.
0:38:14
It's intended to facilitate pedestrian traffic into their businesses.
