My name is Katrina Porter and I'm the chief human capital officer for the city of New York and Deputy Commissioner, for Human Capital at, the Department of Citywide Administrative Services also known as DCAS.

I am joined here today by my colleagues, DCAS assistant commissioner, Katie Ann Otter, DCAS Assistant Commissioner for Examinations, Robert Alexander, and Daniel Pollock, First Deputy Commissioner with the Office of Labor Relations.
