Nationwide, there is a significant pattern of retiring employees departing their positions in local and state government.

Retirement eligible individuals are less likely to postpone retirement, and those under the retirement age are increasingly likely to accelerate their retirement.

So our data shows that, you know, as I stated in the testimony that, that we are retaining our employees at about 90% of our employees, have more than 10 years of service.
