So this is an earn to learn model.

So fellows are paid, minimum wage during their 1st year in training, but what we do to track impact is to really track wages.

So we see that the end of the program, they're earning up to $35 an hour and up to $75 an hour for, overtime and holiday pay.

So we really start to see income growth and wage growth, and that's that's one of the big key indicators of success.

We're lucky that 75% of folks who have gone through the program are now working in
