Once in the program, dedicated home base staff are available in each borough to evaluate a home household specific needs and offer supports, such as services to prevent eviction, assistance obtaining public benefits, emergency rental assistance, utility and rent payment support to address arrears, short term financial assistance, educational and job placement assistance, and help relocating.
