What what I don't understand is the, initially, with the, early community engagement with a lot of the RadPaks, there were timelines given, when the rehabs were being done on the apartments, especially for those developments that would did, like, gut rehabs or in place rehabs.
1:48:48
And I know there were some developments that, got were gutted, completely gutted, and there were some developments that, did in place, rehabs.
1:48:58
The timeline was given for the apartments.
1:49:02
Why wasn't there a timeline given for the, the the the the community centers?
1:49:08
And and also even I know in Boulevard houses, we had a situation with a Boulevard Nursery, which was around since over 60 years, was shut down.
1:49:19
And they were basically they were in jeopardy of losing their licensing.
1:49:22
We had to fight hard with the administration just to, get them back open, and it wasn't it wasn't it wasn't to their own doing.
1:49:31
It was because the the center needed it was in bad disrepair.
1:49:35
So why isn't there a timeline set and, pressure put on these, these these management companies to do the do the rehab and move move, you know, expeditiously knowing that we're dealing with a a population of seniors or older adults who, you know, when you move them and you take them out of familiar familiar places, it can be a death sentence for them.
