Sounds good.
0:57:30
We look forward to it.
0:57:31
How does NYC aging collect feedback from older adult residents about the quality and variety of the programs offered at these centers?
0:57:38
And what about feedback regarding the facilities?
0:57:40
I know you just shared a little bit about that, but facilities as well?
UNKNOWN
0:57:44
Sure.
0:57:44
So one of our standards, for all of our older adult centers is to survey participants.
0:57:49
I believe that's twice a year.
0:57:51
And as we talked about, also, they have, advisory councils, so that is made up of of older adult center members.
0:57:58
They most programs also have general meetings, and that's another opportunity for the entire, membership to to attend, share feedback.
0:58:08
Sorry about that.
0:58:09
We also are, so as I mentioned, it's one of our standards to survey, thank you, members.
0:58:15
And we are working on also standardizing that so that we can assist programs to really take that information and have it readily available.
0:58:21
Not everybody has the same, you know, capacity techno with technology.
0:58:25
Some are still on paper.
0:58:26
So, so we are working on improving that process as well so that that can be available.
0:58:31
And then another thing we are piloting right now is actually kiosks.
0:58:34
So as Ryan mentioned, like, the happy or, you know, you go to a bathroom in the airport, it's like, how do you so, it's not exactly that, but we are, piloting with a few sites, to get reactions for the meals right now because, as I'm sure a lot of you have heard about the the, plant based meals and the feedback on that exactly.
0:58:51
So Where
Crystal Hudson
0:58:52
where are those sites?
0:58:53
Do you know?
UNKNOWN
0:58:54
Oh, gosh.
0:58:54
Let's come in.
0:58:55
No.
Crystal Hudson
0:58:55
For the No.
Gale A. Brewer
0:58:56
No.
0:58:56
The
UNKNOWN
0:58:56
the ones with the kiosk.
0:58:58
It's a it's a pilot.
0:58:59
We're rotating.
0:59:00
So, actually, we're about to do another so I think there's about 5 kiosks.
0:59:04
So what the plan is to have them there for about a month and then to move them to other centers.
0:59:07
Okay.
Crystal Hudson
0:59:08
If you could just let us know where Absolutely.
0:59:10
Where they're starting or at least, you know, where they're planning to go next and just make sure we can have a look at
UNKNOWN
0:59:15
the facility.
0:59:16
If you wanna if you're a Grumtaro.
0:59:18
Okay.
0:59:18
Because we can show you.
0:59:18
But, it's just a few questions.
0:59:20
The idea is that everybody after meal, it's more real time feedback so that we can see responses and eventually we will move on to other Just make sure
Crystal Hudson
0:59:28
you get one of those kiosks and Yeah.
0:59:29
House of our Brewers dish mix.
UNKNOWN
0:59:34
But yes.
0:59:35
So, anyway, so that's another way we're trying to get real time feedback and, and we have the ability to change the questions depending on the needs.
0:59:41
So, again, right now, we're looking at meals, but we can incorporate different types of topics.
