Can you describe the outreach efforts, to engage older adults, in NYCHA on on the older adult centers?

We start with we, our recipe team resident participate resident services, partnerships, and initiatives delivers a monthly newsletter to every household with an email address, and we will list all the programs opportunity to our we also canvas the developments, knock on doors for our various initiatives.

I'll ensure those flyers or new programs are shared with resident leaders.

And, I mean, when we are canvassing we ensure that those pamphlets are shared with households.

In addition to that, we send weekly updates to over 218 resident leaders across the board on new initiative, programs, opportunities.

If necessary, at times, we will table out a development to launch new initiative if we have a cohort, specific cohort, and we need additional, residents to participate.

And, again, and during our family day events, we really like to launch new initiatives and table again and get these resources out.

There are times where CBOs may come to us, requesting mailing lists since they want to reach for a specific program or if it's a new provider on the ground, they may want to, introduce themselves to residents and we are able to share those mailing lists without any PII, no names, just the address and they can mail a flyer to the residents introducing themselves.

When we're canvassing for other initiatives, we could include program flyer for specific, older adults if necessary at the development.
