NYCHA doesn't track those tickets.
1:11:18
It's with the property manager, the new operator, and it should be be because we now have an agreement, it should delineate who is responsible for what aspect of the repairs.
1:11:31
If there are issues and, where the providers, the part I mean, the property manager is not responsive, they can escalate to NITRA or to aging.
Chris Banks
1:11:40
So, NITRA just plays a role when it's escalated?
Ukah Busgith
1:11:43
When it's escalated.
1:11:43
Absolutely.
Chris Banks
1:11:46
Are they are they are you aware of any issues that the older adult providers have faced with getting repairs from Rad Pac Managers?
Ukah Busgith
1:11:54
Currently, I'm not aware of any outstanding issues, since I I think the agreement is very clear and the roles are really, defined in that agreement.
Chris Banks
1:12:03
And most of the RadPAC converted us, developments where the most of the centers are being rehabbed.
1:12:11
Right?
1:12:11
Yes.
1:12:11
Am I correct?
1:12:12
Yes.
1:12:12
Yes.
1:12:14
We know, and I know this from experience and from complaints, from some of the, CBOs, that are in those particular develop those particular centers.
1:12:25
There's been issues with, compares repairs or the rehab not being complete in parts of the building, and it's just been a ongoing back and forth, with the, Rad PAC, management to get those repairs done.
1:12:41
And I guess these are particularly particularly in those particular, centers that are, shared.
1:12:48
We need to do a cornerstone or, or shared by another, senior pro or send by a senior program.
1:12:56
Is NYCHA involved in those, when those controversies arrive?
Ukah Busgith
1:13:01
If it's escalated to NYCHA, we will get involved and work with our, red department, to address those with the property manager.
1:13:10
So if we need to get to annotate get to the table and discuss what the concerns are, we're willing to do that.
Chris Banks
1:13:16
And, again, you're you're not tracking any
Ukah Busgith
1:13:18
We're not we're not tracking it.
Chris Banks
1:13:20
So nothing is, there's no system put in place where NYCHA can go in and check to see, if repairs are needed?
Ukah Busgith
1:13:28
No.
1:13:28
Not at this time.
Chris Banks
1:13:29
Okay.
