Okay.
2:48:11
The only thing that I could think of is that, when they're saying when the department of agents says that they're working with the TA presidents, that's not true in my case.
2:48:20
Everybody in NYCHA knows how unhappy I am with University Street Settlement that we have, Hernandez has, and I think so with Park and, and, what's the other one?
2:48:33
Kapos.
2:48:34
And it seems like, you know, if you come to if you go to 189 Hernandez and then you come over to Meltzer, you'll see the drastic difference.
2:48:43
There's absolutely nothing going on here.
2:48:46
And I've been trying even if I could get NYCHA back in here, I'd appreciate it.
2:48:50
They NYCHA, when they left, they had 10, desktop computers here.
2:48:57
When when university took over, they drew all of those computers out.
2:49:02
They never replaced them even though that they're a nonprofit, corporation.
2:49:08
I told them, I said, you can't the best way to teach the, the seniors is on a desktop, not on a little, what do you call it?
2:49:18
A little tablet.
2:49:19
Mhmm.
2:49:19
So when somebody else also mentioned that you can't do virtual because they aren't taught oh, no.
2:49:25
That was me.
2:49:26
Somebody was mentioning about that the, the seniors can't do the virtual, and I'm saying to myself, they can't do the virtual because they're not taught.
2:49:36
I have asked constantly for University Street to get in to get us desktop computers so they could train the, the seniors.
2:49:45
Another thing, I have spoken to Marlene Shallow, and she put me on several times, and I have complained to her what's going on over here at Meltzer and how unhappy I am.
2:49:55
Nobody has ever, contact the TA about what's going on here.
2:50:01
All of I had found out that they just had signed new contracts, and we were totally unaware of this because I've been working with another lady from from resident engagement, Leticia.
