I am the deputy commissioner of the Division of Family Permanency Services at the New York City Administration For Children's Services.

I am joined here today by Sabine Sherry, the associate commissioner in the office of older youth development services within the division.

Together, we oversee the office of Child Trafficking Prevention and Policy, which manages our efforts to educate ACS, the providers, and the public on human trafficking into screen, identify, track, and provide services to any child or youth who comes into contact with ACS or who has been trafficked.
