Recognizing that maybe if it's and we're expecting that visits on occasion are unannounced so that you can see who's in the home on a regular basis and then also through conversations with the youth, understanding if someone is not, if the background hasn't been completed let's say you discover there's someone a background check is supposed to be completed.
