I I think that you encourage these agencies to really bring in people like me.
2:36:20
Bring in people that's gonna say no.
2:36:23
You know, that's not the way to do it.
2:36:25
Like, I feel like a lot of people who work in this field don't have to lend of, you know, lived experience.
2:36:32
This is a profession to them.
2:36:34
This is a job to them.
2:36:36
But to me, this is my life.
2:36:38
These are our children's life.
2:36:40
So there has to be better cooperation where it's not, you know, the systems that that the top.
2:36:46
And the people that hustle, like you said, and the people that literally have dedicated their lives to helping other people because they have the lived experience are left at the bottom and out of the conversation.
