I would like I mean, I I come by with my family to visit, you know, Canarsie.
2:22:58
I'm my mother grew up in Coney Island.
2:23:00
So I am you know, it's for me, it's it's very personal, but I will say, this is it's really, really hard to know that there's a clear answer.

2:23:27
These are the same people.
2:23:29
Overdose, suicide, alcohol related deaths, which nobody but the but the surgeon general talk about anymore.
2:23:35

2:23:40
But if you don't look at why demand is so high, you're not going to really get to the root causes.
2:23:45

2:23:52
If we treat people with respect, if we look at this through a stages of change philosophy, if people are trained in motivational interviewing and you're developing that therapeutic bond, and if they feel comfortable talking about all of their things and not thinking you're gonna send them somewhere else, that's how change happens.
