So then if you don't have the list, and you have to follow-up with me, and that means that you cannot do public outreach, that means and you don't you you work with DEP, but you don't know how many times a year they go out, that means that there's not real collaboration here.

And I don't want people being pulled out of basement apartments or having to to leave their their high rise apartments or leave their apartment building or homes while there's floods when there's no real evacuation plan and there's no real evacuation signage.
