- Initially, in 2022, the desired staffing level was 20-25 employees
- Given the current budget environment, a more realistic goal is now 15-20 employees
- Strauber acknowledges that reaching this level immediately is not feasible

Mhmm.
0:33:56

Well, when when we when we met in 2022, I said I'd like to see 20 to 25.

0:34:17
I think a more realistic assessment, although not not realistic in within our current staffing, would be 15 to 20.
0:34:27
That doesn't mean I think we can get to 15 to 20 immediately.
0:34:31
But I think that would be, you know, a a more realistic number now.
