My name is Christina Foti, and I am the deputy chancellor of the division of Inclusive and Accessible Learning, also known as DIAL.

I am joined by Liz Vladeck, our general counsel, John Hammer, our chief of DIAL, Suzanne Sanchez, chief of special education, and Jessica Wallenstein, senior executive directors of the Committees on Special Education and other wonderful colleagues.
